These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Rock Sea Moss Ltd supplies products to you through our online store (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy.

Rock Sea Moss Ltd is:

• a UK-registered food manufacturer;

• sourcing premium wildcrafted sea moss from the Caribbean and Ireland.

2. Our Products

We supply Irish sea moss, Caribbean sea moss and related wellness products, produced in accordance with UK food manufacturing regulations.

As a registered importer, we ensure our raw sea moss is legally imported into the UK from Caribbean and Irish suppliers who meet our quality, safety and sustainability standards.

Images, descriptions and other product information on the Site are for guidance only. While we take care to present accurate information:

• colours, textures and packaging may vary due to natural variation in raw sea moss and food production;

• minor changes may occur as part of regulatory, safety, or quality improvements.

All Products are subject to availability.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from our Site and capable of entering a contract.

4. How the Contract Is Formed

A contract is formed only when we send your Dispatch Confirmation.

5. Prices, Delivery Charges & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

6. When We May Refuse or Cancel an Order

We may refuse or cancel all or part of an Order before dispatch.

7. Cancellation Rights (Cooling-Off)

Consumers have 14 days to cancel an order unless the Products are perishable, require refrigeration, or are sealed for hygiene reasons and opened.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns require contacting us first. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

9. Product Availability

We may withdraw or suspend products at any time.

10. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided. Risk passes on delivery.

11. Risk & Ownership

Risk passes at delivery; ownership passes on full payment.

You must keep account details secure.

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, defective products or your statutory rights.
